Two to three weeksGround and drainage first
Middle Tennessee clay sheds water sideways. Levels, sub-base and pipe go in before anything decorative, because this is the half that decides whether the rest lasts.
Week one on siteHard materials, by our own crew
Paving, walls and steps set by the same people who dug it. Nobody hands your garden to a company you have never met halfway through.
Weeks two to threePlanting goes in last
Always last, and always into soil we have already rebuilt. Plants put in before the heavy work is finished get walked on, compacted, and blamed on the nursery.
Final weekWe come back for two seasons
Establishment care is in the contract, not the sales conversation. Anything that does not take, we replace — and the second visit tells us whether we got the soil right.
Two full seasonsStages three and four overlap on purpose — the base for the paving goes in while the drainage trench is still open. It takes about a week off the programme and means the garden is only dug up once.

A front garden redesign in Williamson County typically runs $14,000 to $38,000 depending on how much hard material is in it. Patios and outdoor kitchens go further. You get a per-line price on the plan before anything is committed.
The consultation is. The drawn plan is chargeable and credited in full against the build if you go ahead with us. We do it that way because a free plan is a sales document, and you should be able to take ours to another contractor.
Two to four weeks on site for most gardens, plus two to three weeks of design ahead of that. Anything involving significant drainage or grading adds a week. We give you the dates in writing and tell you early if they move.
Middle Tennessee clay sheds water sideways instead of down, which is why so many patios here heave and so many beds drown. We test it, and where it matters we rebuild the soil profile or pipe the water somewhere useful before anything decorative goes in.
Two seasons of establishment care are included with every build. After that we take on a limited number of maintenance schedules for gardens we built ourselves. We do not take on mowing rounds.
We replace them for two full seasons, which covers the period when losses actually happen. It is in the contract rather than in a sales conversation.
